The incred­i­ble Bat­tle of Pre­ston­pans Tapes­try returns ‘home’ for a week. Make sure that you see the 105 metre tapes­try designed by Andrew Crummy and embroi­dered by over 200 vol­un­teers. for the Year of the Home­com­ing, will include 25 coun­tries across the world. Panels from Barga, Italy and Gothen­burg, Swe­den will be on display

Over 160,000 peo­ple have seen the tapes­try in over 30 venues. The Tapes­try has been all over Scot­land, Lon­don and 2 suc­cess­ful out­ings at The Edin­burgh Fringe Fes­ti­val. Soon it is off to sit by its inspi­ra­tion The Bayeux Tapes­try in France. Come and see what all the fuss is about.

Over 250 stitch­ers helped cre­ate this art­work, that finally returns to its home after a long journey.
