The 3HAF com­mit­tee will allo­cate artists to venues. There is a reg­is­tra­tion fee of £20 per artist and a group fee of £50 for art clubs. Fees are payable by the 16th Feb­ru­ary 2015. Cheques should be made payable to 3 Har­bours Arts Fes­ti­val and posted to Gillian Hart, 3 Har­bours Arts Fes­ti­val, 227–229 High Street, Pre­ston­pans, EH32 0HE.
A 30% com­mis­sion on sales is payable to the festival.

If you would like a photo of your work to be con­sid­ered for inclu­sion in the brochure and/or web­site, it is essen­tial that this is sub­mit­ted as fol­lows:

(the qual­ity of the image will deter­mine whether it is used)

All reg­is­tra­tions must be received by the 31st Decem­ber 2014.

Once you sub­mit the form a copy will be sent to the email address you pro­vide for your records — please ensure you enter this correctly.

We will check your details and come back to you with any questions.

If you are hav­ing prob­lems upload­ing images or want to send more than one, wait for the con­fir­ma­tion email and reply to that — attach­ing images (no more than 5Mb in total).

An exam­ple of your work must be sub­mit­ted for your appli­ca­tion to be con­sid­ered. Note: this should be no more than 1.5Mb in size; we do accept a zip archive if you wish to send mul­ti­ple images — but the archive should be under 1.5Mb. If you need to send larger files, please men­tion in the Art­works sec­tion above and we will con­tact you with details.
